Runner Installations |
 |
CyberHome will setup the Cable Modem install date with Time
Warner according to your availability to be at home.
On the scheduled install date a cable tech will come out
to your house and checks the existing cable lines. He determines
if the lines are capable of handling Road Runner's speeds.
If they are not, the cable tech will replace the lines. From
there, the cable tech runs the cable lines to the customer's
computer and then plugs the external cable modem in and makes
sure the RF signal is accurate. At this point you will either
have CyberHome complete the Road Runner setup or you can do
a self-installation. Read on...
