By using a concept known as Dynamic DNS and software called
pcAnywhere, two computers can establish a one-to-one connection
with each other over the Internet. Once connected CyberHome
can take over control of your computer while you watch every

What about my privacy?
Viewing of your personal files, website favorites/bookmarks,
email, address book, etc. is NOT part of the remote access
process. Your privacy is very important to us. You have the
ultimate control in letting CyberHome access your PC or not.
It is only after you launch the CyberHome HelpMe icon that
CyberHome can remotely connect to you PC and have access.

Absolutely not! This remote access process uses an encrypted
password scheme that only you control and CyberHome is the
only individual who knows the login ID and password.
How do I setup my computer for CyberHome
HelpMeNow and what does it cost?
CyberHome will come to your location and install the necessary
software on your PC and instruct you on how to let CyberHome
remotely access your PC. There is a one time subscription
fee of $50 which includes on-site setup and the cost of all
software licenses. The remote service fee of $20/hour is billed
in minimum of 15 minute increments.
What about other services like software

There is one large caveat!
